For our professional benefits Jabra Choice has clearly defined rules to give a refund of credit

When should you expect a refund?

For every accepted customer lead, Jabra Choice allows a refund of used credits back to your account in the following cases:
    If the Customer has not viewed your profile in 96 hours after you accepted the lead
    The Customer cancels the request without viewing your profile at all.

No refund shall be initiated if the customer viewed your profile within 96 hours of your response, regardless of contact with the customer via calls or chat.
