Before a booking is confirmed

A callback request is not a confirmed booking. You may cancel a callback request at any time with no charge by contacting us.

Fixed-price services

For services booked at a fixed or starting price, cancellation terms (including any applicable cut-off time before the scheduled visit) will be shown at the time of booking confirmation.

Visit & quote services

For repair and labour jobs quoted after an on-site visit, a visiting charge may apply if you choose not to proceed with the quoted work after the professional has visited. This charge, where applicable, is communicated to you before the visit is confirmed.

Refunds

Where a payment has already been made and a job is cancelled or cannot be completed as booked, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, as communicated at the time of cancellation.
